Car Won T Start Headlights Flashing

I m getting a jump start in about a hour could it possably just be a dead battery. If your car won t start but the lights and radio work fine it could be one of several problems possibly including a dead battery. The reason why the radio dash lights headlights and other electronics draw power while the engine doesn t has to do with the amount of current each device draws and what may be interrupting the path. I do not do the calls so you don t need to worry.

So yesterday i got back from lunch at 3pm and then i go to leave work to go home and jump in car press brake hit start stop button to start car and wont turn over or nothing but all the lights on the dash start blinking and dancing. It will crank but not run. As title says iv gone out to try get to work but the car won t start just hear a constant clicking and all the lights on the dash are flashing along with the headlights flashing when i turn them on.

I have never changed the battery but the volt meter shows 12 1 volts so read more. This could be due to the lights flashing which i think would be an issue with the security. Car won t start and dash lights keep flashing but i know it s not the battery. So i would lock and unlock the truck with the key fob then try to jump start the car.
